Building Collapse @ Pompeii.

Last week, the "Building of the Gladiators" collapsed at Pompeii, apparently because of concrete failing. The blame game has already begun, with the Italian government being accused of negligence of the site. I have listed a few links below, with one calling for the site to be privitized. It is difficult to believe that this is happening. If the buildings are falling down now, what happens if even a minor earthquake occurs?
