I cannot recommend these enough. They are even good to just read through, as well as quick reference. If there is an art museum near you with a decent amount of ancient art, these would be great to have on hand.
There are some other "Looking At" guides which are published, and I have gotten a few of these too. They have been great help in teaching AP Art History:
Looking at Paintings: A Guide to Technical Terms, Revised Edition
Looking at Photographs: A Guide to Technical Terms, Revised Edition
Looking at Prints, Drawings and Watercolours: A Guide to Technical Terms, Revised Edition
Looking at European Sculpture: A Guide to Technical Terms
Understanding Illuminated Manuscripts: A Guide to Technical Terms (Looking At)
